Delisting

At an extra ordinary general meeting held on 16 December 2021, shareholders in the Company voted in favour of the resolution to delist the Company from the Specialist Funds Segment of the London Stock Exchange once the net assets of the Company fell below £7,000,000.  This threshold will be crossed on the ex-date for the seventh Return of Capital on 7 July 2023.  The Company has been delisted from the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange effective 4 August 2023.
